For supported KTM motorcycles, we make replacement keys when every original key has been lost. Older conventional-key models may only require the original locks. Later transponder, immobilizer and Race On systems may require additional electronic components.

We provide transponder-key programming and selected immobilizer or Race On keyless-system services. Depending on the KTM’s year and model, we may require the dashboard, immobilizer, ECU, hands-free module or other matched components.

Can you make a KTM motorcycle key without the original?
Yes, for many supported KTM models. Depending on the year and key system, we may make a key from the original lock or program a replacement transponder key using the motorcycle’s matched electronic components.
Do I need to replace the complete KTM lock set, ECU and Dashboard Cluster if all keys are lost?
Not always. For supported models, we may be able to make new keys for the original locks and program them to the motorcycle’s existing security system.
